Mortal Kombat 6

Mortal Kombat 6 for the NES (Dendy) is an unlicensed pirate game that uses the name of a sixth Mortal Kombat game that never existed. A real standalone MK6 was never released: after the fifth game the series continued under other names.

Behind the impressive title is a simple 8-bit fighting game with familiar characters from the series. You choose a fighter and battle one-on-one against the computer or a friend, using punches, kicks and special moves.

It is a fun curiosity from the era of pirate cartridges, when publishers loved to add big numbers to famous names.
