M Mario

M Mario is another of the many unlicensed hacks based on the Mario platformers, produced for Asian markets in the early 1990s.

The gameplay stays close to Super Mario Bros.: Mario runs, jumps on enemies, collects coins and power-ups and heads for the flag at the end of each level, but the graphics and levels have been changed.

It is a curious piece of history from the era of pirate cartridges.
