Captain Tsubasa Vol. II - Super Striker

Captain Tsubasa Vol. II: Super Striker is the second part of the cult football RPG series on the Famicom (NES), based on Yoichi Takahashi's legendary manga. It was released by Tecmo in 1990.

The game combines football with turn-based RPG battles. Instead of controlling players directly, you choose commands: pass, shoot, dribble or tackle, and the outcome depends on the players' stats. Special shots are shown in dramatic animated scenes, just like in the manga and anime.

The story follows Tsubasa Ozora and his rivals through tournaments and matches. The game is in Japanese, but fans of football and of the series will love it.
