Captain America and the Avengers About this game: Captain America and the Avengers is a classic beat 'em up for the NES (Dendy) based on the legendary Marvel comics. The villain Red Skull has gathered an army of super villains and plans to take over the world. Only the Avengers can stop his mad plan. You take control of Captain America or Hawkeye, with Iron Man and Vision helping along the way. The game is a platformer with plenty of action. Like any superhero, Captain America has to fight lots of villains, and at the end of several missions you face their bosses as well. Captain America throws his famous shield at enemies.
