Bomb Sweeper

Bomb Sweeper is an amusing puzzle game from Hudson Soft, originally released for the Game Boy, although a ROM under this name circulates in NES collections.

You play a sapper who has to defuse bombs on many maze levels. Each screen is a grid of rooms that you move through, finding bombs and defusing them before the timer runs out.

The mechanics are simple, but the growing difficulty and limited time make the game exciting.
