Castlevania

Castlevania is a famous game released for the NES (Dendy) in 1986. It tells the story of the vampire hunters' battle against Dracula.

Dracula was defeated once before, but a hundred years later he returns, and Simon Belmont has to face him. Simon is armed with the Vampire Killer, a whip that has been passed down in his family for generations and is the only weapon that can destroy the Count.

To reach Dracula, Simon must make his way through his castle, six stages full of bats, zombies, ghosts, werewolves, skeletons and other monsters, each ending with a boss fight. Candles hide hearts and sub-weapons such as daggers, axes, holy water and boomerang crosses. The game is hard but fair, with a dark atmosphere and unforgettable music, and it started one of the most famous series in gaming.
